Maintain inventory items

First  go to the maintain option

Then select the inventory item option

Then write the item id & description  in it

In general tab

·       First option is description select the for sale

·       In second option select the price which you want to coot in it

·       Write the last unit cost in the next option

·       Then there is the cost method option select any type of method

·       Then write item type in it

·       Next option is location select the location were the goods have been kept

·       Then there is a option of GL sales acc select any item in it

·       And also select GL inventory acc and select any item

·       In the next option write the minimum stock

Now click on the next tab of customer field

Now in the customer field  you can write the customer detail in the these option

And now save it
